How Can You Not Call This Love
“I just want others to hear my music and relate to it and say 'Hey, I feel the same way she’s feeling,' and to not feel alone.”
Cassidy Rich is a new up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Lewisporte, Newfoundland, with a very current pop and easy listening sound which appeals to all her audiences. Cassidy plays a myriad of instruments, from cello, to piano, to voice, and ukulele, which she says "embodies her fun and quirky spirit." She writes honest and heartfelt songs about her life and the lives and stories of her friends
With a flair for the dramatic, Cassidy is no stranger to the stage. She is part of the Beyond the Overpass theatre group, and has been a regular at the Citadel House Open Stage for the UnderAge since 2016. She has a strong stage presence and is a natural in front of the spotlight as well as works exceptionally well with her audience.
Cassidy released her first six song EP, Lucky Stars, in October of 2017, and shortly after won the title of Most Talented Teen 2017 in the Miss Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador competition.
Cassidy is currently working on her second EP.
